Our Parish

St. Michael the Archangel is a parish of about 400 families located in the northeast corner of Indiana in Waterloo. We are part of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend. Father Vincent Joseph, VC, was newly installed in our parish on July 29, 2018.

Our active parish is warm and inviting. We have lots of growing families! Be sure to check out the many different ministries we offer. We'd love to walk with you on your journey of faith. God bless!

St. Michael the Archangel is the patron of our parish.

He is one whom we love and cherish.

He protects us from all evil and sin.

In the battle of life he helps us win.

All parishes have a patron saint.

But Michael is without sin's taint.

St. Michael never lived on earth.

In heaven he was given his birth.

So pray to him to conquer sin.

That's the battle we can win.

He's willing to help if you call on him.

Especially when temptation enters in.

By: Fr. J. Eugene Zimmerman (1982-1989)

St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray, and do thou oh Prince of the Heavenly Host by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
